What we store

Only what the service needs to work. We build no advertising profiles.

• Account: email and password. We never see the password.
• Profile: username, name, city, year of birth, gender, playing hand, photo — whatever you entered yourself.
• Play: matches, scores, your rating and its history, tournaments.
• Court bookings and, where a club takes payment online, the fact and sum of a payment. We never see card details.
• Matches you scored on Apple Watch — for your own statistics.
• The questionnaire answers that set your starting level.
• Your acceptance of the terms: which part and version you accepted, and when.

Location

The app asks for an approximate location only to show the nearest clubs, tournaments and players. The permission is optional. We do not store coordinates, and only you change the city on your profile.

Apple Watch and Health

The watch reads heart rate, calories and distance from Health with your permission. They stay on the watch and in Health, are shared with nobody, us included, and are never used for advertising. A workout is saved to Health only if you turned that on.

Only how the match went point by point reaches us — for statistics only you can see.

What other people see

Public: username, photo, city, level and rating, matches played, tournament entries and results (in tournaments, your last name and first initial).

Not public: email, phone, bookings, questionnaire answers, settings. A club sees only the bookings on its own courts.

Who processes the data

We sell nothing and give nothing to advertisers. The data is processed only by the technical providers the service needs, and only on our instructions. When you pay for a court online, the club’s bank receives the sum and a description of the payment — not your name or contacts.

Whose data it is and how long it is kept

What you give about yourself is yours: questionnaire, profile, photo, contacts, settings. It is kept for as long as the account exists.

Match results, scores, the rating and its history, statistics and tournaments are the Golden Set database. It is kept permanently, because every result is also your opponent’s game. Tournament points count for 52 weeks.

Deleting your account

In the app: Profile → Delete account. Your email, password, photo, questionnaire, contacts, settings, the text of your messages and your future bookings, games and entries are deleted for good.

Matches played, scores, the rating and tournament results stay, with your username — and in tournaments your last name and first initial.

Your rights

You can see and correct your data, get a copy of it, or delete the account. If something does not work, write to us.

Children

The app is not intended for children under 13. We delete such accounts.

A parent or guardian may book a child under 13 for a lesson with a coach. The parent then enters the child’s details themselves: first and last name, year of birth, gender, and what the coach needs for the lessons (playing hand, experience, notes about health). The child has no account, rating or profile; only the coach the child is booked with sees these details, and the club sees the name and age. The child’s details are deleted with the parent’s account, or on the parent’s request.

Changes

We will say so in the app when something important changes.
